The Power of Mind

Free mind is a powerful mind.

Freedom is inner solitude of mind - ability to think and comprehend freely on its own, being still when everything is moving crazily, and responding the way it wants to instead of reacting to the outer stimuli.
A mind that is not a scrapbook for everything and everyone around rather is responsible for its own state is a free mind. A free mind creates beautiful and healthy thoughts. Thoughts can make or break a person. Words are the thoughts spoken aloud and they create the life you have. Whatever we say manifests in our life in form of situations. Whatever we have in our life, we have attracted it through our words - either spoken or silent words that is thoughts.

This is not just a concept or a theory, rather a revelation of science too. Quantum physics has proved that our physical reality is just vibrations of energy. All matter and all thoughts are vibrations of energy. Thought is the subtle energy that gets converted to gross energy through words. This implies that we have the power to break-free from negative thought patterns, conditioned beliefs and heal ourselves.
Reading/listening and repeating positive and powerful words can mask the negative thoughts and signal the brain to create similar thoughts. This is the art of affirmation or positive thinking. Saying an affirmation daily is a great way to feed positive information to the mind and let it absorb and manifest it as reality.

Here is an affirmation to heal and free the mind from bondage of the past - negative thoughts, harmful emotions, and painful memories:

Right now, I drop my fears
Right now, I drop my harmful beliefs
Right now, I let all negative thoughts go out of my being
Right now, I release all the suppressed emotions that suffocate me
Right now, I choose to love
Right now, I choose my life
I choose my 'self' with all my strengths and shortcomings
I choose my thoughts and create what I want
I choose the way I feel and let go of all that does not make me feel good
I choose to keep my power intact and respond the way I want to no matter what
I am the creator of my life
I am the Power!

You can make your own affirmations that need not be very long. Even a small sentence that means a lot to you and creates an impact in mind is enough. Create affirmations and say them to yourself daily. Remember and repeat the affirmations whenever your mood starts dipping.

Remember:
You are weak because you THINK you are weak.
You are powerful because you THINK you are powerful.

Watch what you think!

Love Always IS

To be in love is to be the love.....to be love is to be senseless.

Love is beyond senses, hence it is beyond time. It is the stillness of the space where perception of time happens so that love can be experienced through senses, but to know love, one needs not senses but silence within.

Love cannot be perceived through the senses because it is not an object, a thought or an emotion. Love is a state of being - the background, the source and essence of all, yet beyond all it's creation. Knowing love is not about being in love, but to be the love itself. Love is the true nature of a being just like fragrance is the nature of a flower; whoever comes in vicinity of the flower gets the gift of fragrance.

One who goes beyond the senses and realizes love as their nature, becomes like a flower. Then love flows from their being and touches all.

A lover is not someone who falls in love with you and vice versa, rather a lover is a window to your own infinite self or divine self or the love. A lover never tries to possess you because in order to have a desire to possess, one needs to feel a sense of separation. But one who has realized love as their state of being has collapsed the boundaries of you and I- they have dissolved into the oneness of infinity. In this oneness, there is no lover and no beloved - there is just love.

Love always is.....because it is beyond time. Love is a presence, not an entity; love is divine.

Thought of the Day

Nirvana is not from life; Nirvana is in life...from the mind.

You cannot still your mind - it is the nature of mind to keep moving. You can only be the stillness that is beyond the mind and be free from thoughts, yet watch the mind experiencing the true essence of life. Transcending the mind is Sanyasa (detachment or renunciation) and freedom that comes with it is Nirvana (liberation).

Sanyasa & Nirvana are from mind, not from life. Life is the experience of divine energy in all its forms - static (stillness or soul) and dynamic (mind & body). It is the nature of divine to manifest as life. There is no nirvana from life. Nirvana is freedom from mind so that you can live freely - in a state of nirvana and enlightenment.

A Drop of Wisdom

When you are present, you are neither full nor empty; you are flowing...
Gradually, 'I' disappears and you realize that it is just the divine energy overflowing.

Being Present - Here & Now!

One who gets present, drops everything.
Thoughts, desires and attachments are everything. Present is nothing - nothing but peace.

What is 'Present'?
We often hear the term 'Be present' - people tell one another to be in the present or to be in the now. What does it mean to be present? Where should one be present? Whom should one be present? And, most important, am I not present already?

In order to comprehend these questions, we first need to understand what present is. What is here, right now that I need to be present to? Let's start with looking around. There are external objects present – chair you are sitting on, your phone, table, lights, walls, ceiling. And, then there is the room. What is the room? Room is the space where all the objects exist, including the air, the light, people....and 'YOU'. You are here, now in the present. Let’s look within you now. There is a beautiful body - face, hands, limbs, torso. Then, there is breath. You are breathing in the air of the space around you. There is space inside the body where various organs exist just like space of this room where all objects exist. Have you felt this space within? All these are here, right now in the present. Get present.

Moving further within, there is a thought or say, many thoughts within you, which are not necessarily streamlined, rather randomly appearing and disappearing, just like clouds in the sky. Look deeper, and all these thoughts are about something that happened in the past or something that might happen in the future. So, thoughts are never of the present moment. Thought is past and vocabulary demonstrates that. Past tense of think is thought and any string of words and imagery that appears in consciousness is a thought.

A Free Mind

Freedom is liberation of mind from its own projections and perceptions, thus realizing its own expansiveness and tranquility. Free mind is pure intelligence - it is awareness - the witness, the creator and the creation. Free mind is always present here and now - not in bondage of time that lingers in past or future.
